The Opportunity

We’re growing and looking for a Marketing Specialist who is interested in growing with us—both in capability and financial opportunity.

This is a hands-on, multi-client role where you’ll play a key part in executing marketing programs that drive real business results. You’ll work alongside senior marketers and directly with clients, with the opportunity to take ownership of key marketing platforms and channels.

The role blends digital marketing execution, marketing operations, and project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both ownership and variety.

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels

  • Build and manage email campaigns including segmentation, workflows, and optimization

  • Publish and maintain content on WordPress websites (pages, blogs, landing pages)

  • Support content-driven demand generation initiatives

Marketing Operations & Platform Ownership

  • Act as the primary owner of HubSpot across client accounts (campaign setup, workflows, CRM hygiene, reporting)

  • Manage and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with campaigns

  • Support lead tracking, lifecycle management, and campaign attribution

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities

  • Translate data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients

Project Coordination & Execution Support

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across marketing initiatives

  • Support development of print collateral, signage, and marketing materials

  • Liaise with external vendors (designers, printers, developers) as needed

  • Assist with general marketing administration and project tracking

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior marketers to execute client strategies

  • Participate in client communications and status updates

  • Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance and execution

What You Bring

  • 5–6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital execution

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • HubSpot (or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms)

    • WordPress CMS

    • Email marketing and campaign execution

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Lead generation and campaign workflows

    • Marketing performance metrics and reporting

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a client-facing, fast-paced environment

  • B2B experience is an asset, but not required
