About the Role

Agentive Marketing is looking for a content-driven marketer who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work across multiple client accounts—primarily technical B2B companies in energy, infrastructure, and industrial tech—helping them go to market with clarity, confidence, and measurable results.

This role is ideal for a marketing generalist with strong writing skills, solid campaign execution experience, and an appetite to grow. You’ll manage content calendars, write messaging that moves the needle, launch email and social campaigns, and track results. You’ll also gain exposure to strategy by supporting senior marketers on positioning, persona development, and go-to-market planning.

You’ll report to a senior strategist and collaborate across project teams. This is a high-autonomy, hands-on role with clear opportunity to grow into a lead-level position.

What You’ll Do

  • Write and edit content for emails, landing pages, social posts, and sales enablement

  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with GTM strategies

  • Set up and run marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar

  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and content contributors to bring campaigns to life

  • Track campaign performance and identify insights to improve results

  • Support messaging and persona development alongside senior strategists

  • Participate in client meetings and contribute ideas for reaching target audiences

  • Collaborate across 3–4 client accounts, gaining exposure to multiple industries and teams

Who You Are

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B content marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing

  • Strong writer who can turn complex or technical topics into clear, engaging content

  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms (or eager to learn)

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects across different clients and timelines

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your strategic thinking and impact

  • Bonus: Experience in energy, manufacturing, cleantech, or professional services industries

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Launch multiple content-driven campaigns across client accounts

  • Build strong working relationships with senior marketers and client teams

  • Contribute content that supports pipeline growth and sales enablement

  • Track campaign performance and communicate actionable insights

  • Take increasing ownership of projects while gaining confidence in strategy
